Additions:

 
2 large eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup milk
 

Cooking Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Grease an 8" x 8" baking pan (or 9" x 9" for thinner corn bread).
  • Beat eggs with oil and milk in a mixing bowl.
  • Carefully pour in corn bread mix and gently stir together.
  • Pour batter into greased pan and bake in middle of oven for 35-40 minutes.

Directions for muffins are also included on the box.

Ingredients:

Unbleached wheat flour, sugar, yellow cornmeal, baking powder, salt, natural vanilla flavor.

We LOVE this cornbread - moist, tender & sweet. We have lived in the south now for 10 years, but when we found this cornbread at a local store - we fell in love with it immediately.
