Canterbury Naturals White Lightning Chicken Chili

Canterbury Naturals White Lightning Chicken Chili is an elegant version of America's favortie dish. Adding green chilies will give this recipe a nice smooth flavor, but this chili still has lots of zing!

4 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 (4oz) can chopped green chilies
 

Cooking Directions:

 
Combine bean mixture and water in a soup kettle. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add chicken broth, chicken, vegetable packet, spice packet and green chilies. Return to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.

This is an excellent spicy chili. It's not burning hot, but it is spicy and the taste is very good. Add as much or as little chicken as you want. We added a lot.

I like spicy chile. Try substituting a 4 oz can of diced hot jalapenos for the mild green chiles. Whoa! Now that is "White Lightning"!!
