Like some of the other commentators, for me this products has become a peerless staple in my vegetarian kitchen. I use it almost daily. It's not too salty and it not so robust that you can't use it it delicately flavored soups or something. Thanks Soupsonline...I got all 1/2 dozen that I ordered in 2 days!
