Cooking Directions:

  • Place noodles in bowl and pour a cup of hot water over the noddles to soften.
  • Using lid, drain water from noodles.
  • Add soup base and toppings to noodles.
  • Add 1 to 1 1/4 cups of water and loosely cover with lid.
  • Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, until noodles are hot.
  • Stir well and enjoy.

Variations/Serving Suggestions:

  • Add thin slices of pepper for more zing.
  • Mix in diced silken tofu for more protein.
  • Stir in cooked shrimp or chicken for a bigger meal.

All of Annie's sup bowls are easy to prepare and quite tasty, but all are heavy on the noodles and sodium.

Great lunch soup - quick and easy. Nice spice level too, but might be a bit much for some.
