3 tbls butter
 

Cooking Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Grease 9x5 loaf pan.
  • Add 12 oz beer to dry mix in bowl. Stir together for 20 - 30 seconds. Do not over mix or batter will become lumpy.
  • Spread batter into pan. Pour 3 tablespoons melted butter over top (optional).
  • Bake 50 - 55 minutes or until loaf is golden brown and pulls away from sides.
  • Remove from pan and cool on rack.

Flour (Wheat Flour, Enzyme, Ascorbic Acid, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folate), Sugar, Leavening (Sodium Acid Pyrophasphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), and Salt.
