We keep at least one each of all eight Shore Lunch soup mixes in our cabinet at all times. Great Wild Rice soup, makes a great smothered pork-chop too. Will be trying the "Recipe Variation(s)" described above soon.

Lacking in the wild rice department but still an excellent soup. Added wild rice, onion, celery, chicken breast and thyme. Used milk and chick broth. Thickened a bit with cornstarch and added about 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. Made an excellent soup and I made pie dough and made little pot pies in my extra large muffin tins. Will be sure to keep plenty of this on hand.

Loved this soup and it is so easy. Great flavor - I added chicken. The picture on the front is not really what it looks like. There were too many flecks of green and the kids would not eat it...but the adults did! If the flecks of green were gone would make it again. I plan on trying other flavors.
