I use this to make a spiff of Olive Garden's potato and sausage soup. Add cooked italian sausage (ground) a couple sliced potatoes to boil while it cooks, diced onion and at the very end a big helping of kales and let it cook down slightly. I fed this to a bunch of marines who wiped this out instead of the lasagna. Only this soup works for the recipes. No others compare!

Ok, now some are saying,"Potato Soup is thw easiest thing in the world to make". Folks let me say that not all soups are created equal! I have tried every easy Potato soup mix available in the Cincinnati area. Williams Country Store Potato is by far the best tasting and ready in minutes. Try the other options listed like milk, bacon or ham and a sprinkle of cheese if you're looking to make it a simple meal. Some may be turned away from the pricing as it is a little more than other brands. I say, "Go ahead splurge a little after all it's supposed to be a comfort food"! Thanks Williams, don't ever remove this one please!
