8-16 oz top sirlion
2 tbsp butter
flour
 

Cooking Directions:

 
Cut strak into small pieces and lightly coat with flour. In a large pan, melt butter and fry steak pieces until brown. Add soup mix and water, stirring well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and gently boil 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
 

Variations:

  • Use hamburger instead of steak - omit butter and flour.
  • Add up to 16oz frozen or canned mixed vegetables.
  • Stir in up to 1/4 cup red or white wine before serving.

Dehyrated Vegetables (Green Beans, Potatoes, Carrots, Corn), Modified Corn Starch, Wheat Flour, Salt, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Garlic and Onion, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Soy Protien and Whean Gluten, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Tomato, Whey, Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Caramel Color, Natural Flavors, Dextrose, Beef Broth, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Asorbic Acid, Citric Acid, Not more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.

Great tasting, thick broth. You can include additional fresh or frozen veggies, and works really well in a slow cooker.
