Additions:
8 cups water
8-16 oz top sirlion
2 tbsp butter
flour
Cooking Directions:
Cut strak into small pieces and lightly coat with flour. In a large pan, melt butter and fry steak pieces until brown. Add soup mix and water, stirring well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and gently boil 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Variations:

Use hamburger instead of steak - omit butter and flour.

Add up to 16oz frozen or canned mixed vegetables.

Stir in up to 1/4 cup red or white wine before serving.
