Additions:
3 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup olive oil
5 slices bacon, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 zucchini, diced
1 carrot, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 cups kale (stems removed), chopped
2 14.5oz cans chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
Parmesan cheese, grated
Cooking Directions:

In a large saucepan, cover contents of bag (excluding pasta and spice packets) with 2 inches of water and cook until tender about one hour.

Heat olive oil in a large stock pot over moderate heat. Add bacon and cook until browned.

Add union and cook 2 minutes.

Add zucchini, carrot and garlic and cook until wilted, about 4 minutes.

Add cabbage and kale and cook stirring until wilted, about 5 minutes.

Add water, broth, pasta, spice packet and salt. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

In a food processor, combine half the beans and some of their cooking liquid and puree until soft.

Combine all inredients and serve with Parmesan cheese.

Beans, Enriched Bow Pasta (Semolina Flour (Wheat), Water, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Folic Acid), Tomato, Spices and Parsley.
