The simmering flavor of tomatoes, leeks, peppers, and onions will warmly invite the appetite of family and friends. The spicy zest of chili, cumin, and garlic complete this artisan blend. From your own table add tender bits of chicken and strips of tortillas to this easily prepared favorite.

Cooking Directions:

 
Combine soup mix and water in a soup kettle. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. While this is cooking, boil the chicken breast in a seperate pot for 15 to 20 minutes. Let chicken cool and then shread with a fork - set aside until soup has finished simmering. Add chicken and let simmer 5 additional minutes. Serve with fried tortilla strips.

AWESOME soup! SUPER easy to make! you "personalize" it with your own add-ins! my *favorite* is a can of Goya black beans, drained & 1/2 can Goya Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, chopped. Buy this while you can! it's only available online!! ENJOY!!
