Additions:
3/4 cup warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
Cooking Directions:
Combine yeast, olive oil, and water in a large mixing bowl. Add bread mix to the yeast mixture and mix until dough forms. Knead for 1-2 minutes with hands or with an electric dough mixer. Dough will be sticky. Let dough rise for 30 minutes in a covered bowl. On a lightly floured surface, divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle. Brush olive oil on top of dough and sprinkle with seasoning. Place dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 6-7 minutes, keeping oven door closed. For a golden top, broil for 1-2 minutes.

Unbleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), seasoning blend (onion, garlic, bell pepper, oregano, basil, fennel, thyme, chili pepper, marjoram, parsley), sea salt, sugar yeast.
