Cooking Directions:

 
Combine mix and yeast with 1 cup warm water.  Stir to form soft dough.  Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.  If dough is too sticky to work with add 1 to 2 tbsp. of all-purpose flour.  Cover and let rest 10 minutes.  Form into loaf to fit greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.  Cover and place in a  warm, draft free space until double in size (about 30 to 45 minutes).  Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.  Remove from pan and let cool on a wire rack.

Enriched flour, (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), partially hydrogenated canola oil, sugar, vital wheat gluten, contains less than 2% of corn syrup solids, salt, sodium casienate (milk derivative), mono and diglycerides, ascorbic acid.  Small yeast packet inside box contains active dry yeast.
