Additions:1 cup warm water
Cooking Directions:Combine mix and yeast with 1 cup warm water. Stir to form soft dough. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. If dough is too sticky to work with add 1 to 2 tbsp. of all-purpose flour. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Form into loaf to fit greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan. Cover and place in a warm, draft free space until double in size (about 30 to 45 minutes). Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan and let cool on a wire rack.
