Additions:2 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 1/2 quarts cold water
Cooking Directions: Blend eggs and vegetable oil in a small bowl. Add matzo ball mix and stir with fork until evenly mixed. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Add soup mix to water and bring to a boil. Wet hands and form batter into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter. Drop boils into boiling soup and cover tightly. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Ingredients:Matzo meal (passover wheat flour and water), sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, onion, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenating cottonseed oil), garlic, monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, pepper, dill, celery seed, parsley, annatto color.
