5 cups water
 

Cooking Directions:

Boil water and add the entire contents of soup mix.  Simmer on low for 1 hour or until peas are tender.  Stir occasionally.  Add seasoning packet during the last 10 minutes of cooking.

Ingredients:

Green peas, yellow peas, salt, monosodium glutamate, corn starch, onions, sugar, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated cottonseed & soybean oil), sodium bicarbonate, celery seed, white pepper.

Apparently you have changed the ingredients in the bag. It was not even close to the way it used to be. I was so bad...what happened? Did they put the wrong bag in the package? Wow..

This product is not carried in my local stores anymore. I was pleased to find it in Waldbaums. I have made this soup for the last 20 years and everyone in my family has loved it.
