Cooking Directions:
Boil water and add the entire contents of soup mix. Simmer on low for 1 hour or until peas are tender. Stir occasionally. Add seasoning packet during the last 10 minutes of cooking.

Green peas, yellow peas, quick cooking barley, salt, onions, sugar, monosodium glutamate, carrots, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated cottonseed & soybean oil), celery seed, corn starch, garlic, paprika, turmeric, celery, tomatoes, white pepper, bell peppers, spinach, cinnamon, mace, cloves, allspice, cayenne pepper, sodium bisulfite (added as a preservative).
