A full flavor bread mix which includes a packet of habanero pepper so you can flavor to taste.

Additions:
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease 9x5 loaf pan.

Combine milk, eggs, cheese and corn bread mix. Stir together for 20 - 30 seconds. Add pepper to taste. Do not over mix or batter will become lumpy.

Spread batter into pan. Pour melted butter over the top of the bread mix.

Bake 50 - 60 minutes or until loaf is golden brown and pulls away from sides.

Remove from pan and cool on rack.
