Additions:
1 1/3 cups half & half
1/3 cup diced celery
1/4 to 1/2 cup sherry
1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Directions:
Add soup mix, celery and slat to chicken broth and bring to a boil. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes. Stir in half & half and sherry. Turn off heat and let soup rest for 20 minutes. Do not boil.
