Additions:2 cups water
3 - 14.5 oz cans chicken broth
2 peeled and sliced carrots
1 cup pureed pumpkin
1/3 cup red wine
2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
Cooking Directions:Rinse lentils and combine them with seasoning packet, carrots, chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. Add pumpkin, wine, olive oil and salt. Simmer for 1/2 hour.
