This is a paste containing Roast Beef and Concentrated Beef Stock that is combined with other flavoring materials. It conforms to all USDA requirements for Beef Base.

 

Each jar contains 38 one cup servings or enough for 9 1/2 quarts of broth.

Quantity:  

 

Dissolve 1 teaspoon (equal to one bouillon cube) beef base in 6oz boiling water. For each quart of stock needed, use 1 1/2 tablespoons beef base.
