This is a granular paste containing cooked chicken combined with other flavoring materials. It conforms to all USDA requirements for chicken base.

 

Each jar contains 38 one cup servings or enough for 9 1/2 quarts of broth.

Quantity:  

 

Dissolve 1 teaspoon (equal to one bouillon cube) beef base in 6oz boiling water. For each quart of stock needed, use 1 1/2 tablespoons beef base.
