Cooking Directions:

Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil. Whisk in soup mix. Reduce heat to Medium and simmer uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mrs. Weiss' enriched kluski or extra fine egg noodles, (wheat flour, eggs, water, niacin, iron (as ferrous sulfate), thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), salt, chicken fat, dextrose, monosodium glutamate, wheat starch, mixed spices, dehydrated tomatoes, celery and parsley.
 
Contains: egg, milk, wheat.

A very good soup! I enjoyed it immensely, especially the Kluski noodles, my favorite. I added a pinch of garlic and a pinch of white pepper when cooking. It helps. Next time I will also add a pinch of celery and a pinch of parsley. Yummm! While I do agree with Anonymous about the amount of salt, it is actually less than many other chicken noodle soup mixes. Just be aware of this salt and adjust the rest of your diet accordingly.
