Additions:2 eggs
1/3 cup cooking oil
2 1/2 quarts water
Cooking Directions: Blend eggs and vegetable oil in a small bowl. Add matzo ball mix and stir with fork until evenly mixed. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Add soup mix to water and bring to a boil. Wet hands and form batter into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter. Drop boils into boiling soup and cover tightly. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Ingredients:Matzo meal (passover wheat flour and water), salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, onion, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil), garlic, monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, soluble dill, white pepper, soluble pepper, parsley, annatto color.
