4 Tbsp. butter (optional)
 

Directions: 

 
Combine mix with cream cheese and butter.  Refrigerate until firm and roll in topping.  Serve on graham crackers, cookies or a variety of fruit.
 

Variations/Additions:

For a quick cheese cake combine 8 oz. cream cheese.  Fold in 8 oz. whipped topping and spoon into graham cracker crust.  Sprinkle with topping.  Refrigerate until serving.

I've made pie with this one - it was good. I get rave reviews for the cheesball. Love to serve it with graham crackers and lemon wafer cookies. Guest remark it's nice to have a sweet cheese ball along with the savory ones.

Key Lime Cheeseball is a delicious sweet/tart treat. The pastel key lime color is beautiful and unusual. This is a delicious citrus flavored appetizer. Wonderful to serve at teas too with Raspberry Ice, Mango Tango and Lemon. Visually stunning to serve several on pedestal serving dishes. These sweet cheeseballs are always such a surprise to guests !
