The Invisible Chef Brewer's Choice Corn Bread

This easy to make, easy to enjoy bread features the flavor of stone-ground corn. This corn bread is the perfect compliment to rich soups and hearty stews. Slather with butter, and sop up those juices!

Additions:
1 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 cup milk
3/4 cup creamed corn
Cooking Directions:

Preheat oven to 375.

Grease an 8" x 8" baking pan (or 9" x 9" for thinner corn bread).

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Pour batter into greased pan and bake in middle of oven for 45-50 minutes.
Ingredients:
Unbleached flour, stone-ground yellow cornmeal, baking powder, sugar, baking powder.
