This noodle bowl blends beautifully with this Teriyaki Sauce and its delicate layers of soy, shiitake, sesame oil, fresh garlic and ginger. It's what the Japanese call umami - a completely delicious meal - and now you can enjoy it instantly.

Cooking Directions:

Place noodles and vegetable topping mix in bowl and pour in a cup of hot water.

Cover loosely with lid and microwave on high for 90 seconds, until noodles are hot.

Using the lid, carefully drain water from bowl.

Add sauce, toss well and enjoy.
Variations/Serving Suggestions:

Mix in fresh chopped vegetables like spinach or scallions.

Add stir fried vegetables.

Top with grilled shrimp or tofu.
