Blend mix with 2, 14 oz cans of whole or diced tomatoes and 2 cups of water.  Add 1 small diced onion and 1 - 2 lbs chicken, beef or veal.  If desired, add 1 small package of green beans or spinach and 1 small can of mushrooms or olives.  Cover and cook according to slow cooker directions until meat and other ingredients are completely cooked.  Serve over freshly cooked pasta if desired.
