Quantity:  

 

Blend mix with 2 cups of water.  Add 1 - 2 lbs chicken and if desired, add coarsley chopped carrots, celery stalks and medium potatoes.  Cover and cook according to slow cooker directions until meat and other ingredients are completely cooked.
