1 lb thawed fish fillets

1/2 cup beer

cooking oil

1/3 cup Shore Lunch Beer Batter

Preheat oil to 350 degrees.  Place dry batter mix into a medium bowl.  slowly add beer, mixing with a whisk or fork until the beer is incorporated.  Dip fish pieces in batter, shake off excess and place in preheated oil.  Fry each side until done about 2-3 minutes, turning once.  Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.  Remove fish from oiland drain on paper towels.
