2 lbs. chicken wings or drummettes

4 beaten eggs or 1 cup of milk

cooking oil

1 box Shore Lunch Spicy Buffalo Style Breading Mix

 

 

Preheat oil to 350 degrees.  Place breading mix into a large resealable plastic bag and eggs or milk into a shallow bowl.  Moisten chicken in egg or milk then place in plastic bag and shake to coat.  Place in preheated oil.  Fry until done about 8-15 minutes.  Remove chicken from oil and drain on paper towels.
