Directions:
1. Whisk contents of package into 6 cups of water and 1- 15 oz can of tomato sauce. Heat on medium until soup comes to a slow boil. Add in 1/2 lb of cooked shredded or canned chicken.
2. Reduce heat to low simmer uncovered and stir occasionally.
3. Cook for 12 minutes or until beans are tender. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and broken tortilla and serve!

Love love love this soup. I add chef Ken, foreleg tomatoes, corn , corn chips, avocado slices and green onions. Even a dash of chili powder. Spicy but not that hot. Just tasty! Serve with flour tortillas.

Death by soup. So spicy none of us could eat it. It said mild on the package. It was like eating hot jalapenos right from the jar. Had to find something else to feed my kids. :(

I had made this soup for several years & LOVED it . I was unable to find it in local stores for a long time so I was happy to discover this . I added fresh chopped baked chicken breast & followed the directions on the package . It's probably even better with some of the suggestions I see others have tried . I serve it with corn chips , cheese & sour cream .
