This soup is amazing. Vegetable and Vegetable Beef are my all time favorite soups. We added 2 11.5 oz cans of V8 juice and extra peas and added green beans. Did need to cook longer than the directions for the green beans. The Parmesan Cheese on top was also a winner. I love soup and now I can have flavorful broths for my soup. Thank you so very much. Very good. The lemon juice gives it a great flavor. Vegetables re-hydrate well and the soup is very hearty. I add basil and chicken to make it even better.
