 Fire Roasted Vegetable Beef

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add sirloin, cook and stir until bite-size crumbles are done, about 10-15 minutes. Drain on paper towel; set aside. In a soup pot, bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil. Stir in Fire Roasted Vegetable Soup Mix, tomato sauce, tomatoes and cooked ground sirloin. Bring back to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, until done, about 25 minutes.
