1-2 peeled and diced mangos or 1 can (15oz.) diced, drained mangos

3-4 peeled and diced peaches or 1 can (15.25oz.) diced, drained peaches

1 cored and diced pineapple or 1 can (20oz.) drained pineapple tidbits

2 cups any combination of the above fruits
1tsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. water or fruit juice

Directions:
Combine mix contents with fruit and water in a large mixing bowl Toss lightly. Let stand for 10 minutes or cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with pita chips.
