Back to School Breakfast Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
1 | Wind & Willow Chocolate Chip Cheeseball & Dessert Mix |
4 cups |
your favorite cereal (we like Golden Grahams) |
2 Tbsp. |
butter |
1/2 cup | honey |
1/2 cup | creamy peanut butter |
Directions:
Spray 8x8" baking dish with cooking spray. Pour cereal in a mixing bowl and set aside. In medium saucepan melt butter. Add honey, peanut butter, Wind & Willow Chocolate Chip Cheeseball Mix and Chocolate Crunch Topping. Stir constantly until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat and pour over cereal. Stir until cereal is coated. Press into prepared pan. Allow to cool completely. Cut into bars.
TIP: These little bars are great for a grab-and-go breakfast, in the lunch box, or as an after school snack!
