Buckeye Beans Buckeye Corn Bread is just as good or better than the bread Grandma used to "knead" a lot of time to accomplish fresh baked cornbread. Buckeye Beans found a way to make fresh bread quick and delicious! After "sifting" through many recipes to combine old fashioned home made flavor with convenience, Buckeye Beans Buckeye Corn Bread was born. Makes great cornbread to bring to a potluck or give the box for a gift.

Preheat oven to 375.

Grease an 8" x 8" baking pan (or 9" x 9" for thinner corn bread).

Beat eggs with oil and milk in a mixing bowl.

Carefully pour in corn bread mix and gently stir together.

Pour batter into greased pan and bake in middle of oven for 35-40 minutes.
Directions for muffins are also included on the box.
