Cooking Directions:

- Open packet, pour content into microwave safe bowl. Mix 1 cup cool water and stir well.
- Microwave soup on HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Stir until well blended.
- Microwave again on HIGH for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
- Stir and let sit for 1 - 2 minutes.

I was very surprised when I cooked this soup. I really tastes great, and I have made a lot of soups. It is not to salty and the dried veggies are perfect. I cooked 2 packs on the stove with some ground chicken that I cooked. I had to put in more water than it calls for. I will be ordering this again!!

I love the flavor of this soup. It is a little to salty, but I just add a little extra water to fix that. Also, make sure to watch in microwave. If you have a high watt microwave it will boil over on the second heating instruction.
