Cooking Directions:
In a large saucepan bring water to a boil. Add butter and risotto mix. Stir while boiling for one minute. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to simmer an cook undisturbed for 18 minutes. Let stand uncovered for 3 minutes. Fluff and serve.
