Ingredients:
Salt, Sugar, Spices (Chili Pepper, Cumin, Oregano, Red Pepper, Chipotle, Parsley, Cilantro), Corn Flour, Dehydrated Onion & Garlic Powder, Vinegar Powder (Maltodextrin, White Distilled Vinegar), Tomato Powder, Natural Flavors Including Smoke, Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Pineapple Powder, Extractives of Paprika, And Less Than 2% Silicon Dioxide Added To Prevent Caking.
- 2 lb pork tenderloin, cubed
- 2 Tbsp seasoning
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup lime juice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a heavy bottom pot. Add just enough water to cover pork. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. cook on low 60-90 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Increase heat to med-high and cook for an additional 10-20 minutes stirring and flipping for added crust.
Makes 24 tacos.
