Directions:
Coat 1lb. fish fillet, such as flounder, orange roughy, salmon, tuna or 1 lb. shrimp with 1 tbsp. seasoning. Broil, Bake, or Saute until done.
Easy Scampi: Heat 2 tbsp. oil in skillet, add 1 lb. peeled shrimp and 1 tbsp. seasoning. Saute 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Stir in 2 tsp. lemon juice if desired.
