Directions: Bring 5 cups of water to a boil. Add spice/veggie packet; continue the boil for 10 minutes until the broccoli is tender. Reduce heat to a simmer. Add cheese base package and one cup (8 oz) of sour cream; stir briskly with a wire whisk to blend. If desired, a 10 oz can of chicken can be added. Continue to simmer on low for 15 minutes.
