Pantry Pack Red River Valley Potato Soup is a velvety potato soup where old fashioned flavor meets up with today's "Buy Local" spirit. All potatoes in this mix are sourced from local farmers where the combination of fertile top soil, crystal clear atmosphere, and cold nights/warm days combine to produce the highest grade of potatoes. 5 1/2 cups water
OPTIONAL:
3 tablespoons cooked, crumbled bacon
1/2 cup diced ham or cooked sausage

Cooking Directions:
Bring water to a boil. Add mix, blend well and reduce heat to low. Simmer about 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.
