Directions:
Brown 1 pound of ground italian sausage in a large saucepan; drain if needed.
Add four cups of water, 2 cups of milk or half and half and italian soup mix (pasta included), stirring well.
Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often to prevent pasta from sticking.
Simmer until soup has thickened and pasta is cooked through (about 2-3 minutes). Top with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
