Directions:
Mix 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of water in a large saucepan with 8 oz velveeta, 1 cup frozen shredded potatoes and potato soup mix.
Stirring occasionally, cook 15 minutes on medium heat or until all ingredients are heated through and combined.
Top with grated cheese and serve. Enjoy!
Variations: Add cooked and cubed ham, canned corn and/or carrots.
