This is the best tomato soup I have ever had and I am so disappointed it has been discontinued. I even went on ebay to get a few packs that were available. Please consider bringing back this variety.

This soup turned out really good and it was quite simple to prepare. We used Better Than Bouillion chicken base (you can get this at SoupsOnline as well) and a can of diced tomatoes that I ran through the food processor. Next time I will do the shrimp with cumbled blue cheese on top – after having this, I can see how blue cheese would really be a wonderful addition to the flavor mix!
