Hooters Wing Breading

Breading Instructions::
Take 5 lbs. of thawed chicken wings (1/2 drummettes, 1/2 flappers), and place in a container together with the entire contents of this package. Shake vigorously, then remove the wings and allow them to sit refrigerated for approximately 15-30 minutes. Deep fry at 350 degrees in pure vegetable oil until thoroughly cooked. Place cooked wings in a lidded container, pour or spoon in the entire jar of famous Hooters wing sauce (at room temperature) and shake well, the wings, that is. Drain off excess sauce and save for dipping.

ENRICHED FLOUR BLEACHED (WHEAT FLOUR, ENZYME, NIACIN, IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), SALT, SPICE, NATURAL FLAVOR.
