   I love this stuff! It tastes just like it did when I was growing up. There’s nothing like it anywhere else! Couldn’t find it anywhere in IL or NY so I ordered it from here, it tastes perfect. I was skeptical at first because I’ve never heard of this website but the first jar I ordered was great, I just re-ordered another 2!

   I have used LB JAMISON SOUP BASE for years. And I see they have been sold. I can see and taste a different and it’s not as good as the old recipe. It’s more like a powder then BASE. Might have to fine a new base

   Today I received a jar of the LB Jamison’s new reformulated soup base. It is absolutely terrible.
   L B Jamison’s chicken soup base was the best soup base available. That is no longer true. It may very well be the worst. I will be throwing mine in the trash. This is LB Jamison’s “New Coke”, a complete failure. When Vanee Foods returns to the original formulation then I will return as a customer. I am beyond disappointed at losing what was an outstanding product.

   I started using this for making homemade soup, then I started using it to seasons veggies. Use it to flavor my cabbage instead of bacon. I use this in alot of things. I love it!

    Another Florida transplant that could not find it in stores so, online I went. There IS no better soup base than this because I have tried the others. LB has a rich flavor that can’t be beat. Use it for soup, gravy and broth. For colds and sore throat, just made some for a co-worker and she said it was the best she ever tasted and where could she get it. Use 1 tsp per cup hot water, 1 tsp minced garlic and 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper, drink 2 times a day and wave bye bye to the start of any sore throat that would lead to a cold. Haven’t had one in years! Yes, this is the cure for the common cold. You read it here first. Pat W.
