Description

Directions:
To prepare a delicious Beef Flavored Soup Base dissolve base in boiling water (212 degrees F ) as suggested below. If milder or stronger flavor is desired adjust base or water to suit your taste.

Base:	2 Tsp	3.40oz. (2/3cup)	12oz.
Boiling water:	1 cup (8 fl.oz.)	1 Gal	3.50 Gal

To make gravy: (2 cups) Melt 4 Tbsp. butter or shortening. Add 2 Tbsp. flour, stirring until until smooth. Slowly add 2 cups hot stock , stirring constantly.
Simmer (200* F for 10 minutes)
