2 tbsp oil
1 bunch green onions, sliced (optional)

Its great I strain out all the pepper flakes before cooking so it’s not as spicy

Tried this and LOVED IT. My grandsons Always ask if I’m making Mongolian beef!
Somewhat spicy but Delicious. I serve it in a bowl with rice and use the rice to regulate the spicy goodness.
