Cooking Directions:

• Brown meat in skillet. Drain.
• In large kettle, combine chili mix with meat and stir for 2 minutes.
• Add beans and tomatoes and water to desired thickness.
• Bring to a boil and stir.  Simmer on low heat covered for 15 minutes.  Stir occasionally while cooking.

Variations/Additions:

• Stir in grated cheese.
• Add a can of diced tomatoes, well drained.
• Substitute 1 can beer for 12 oz water.
• Garnish with a dollup of sour cream.
